The KetSol plant, KeShuo DianQi, located in ZhongCun, PanYu, GuangDong covers 2200 sq. m of manufacturing, laboratory and office space. The factory only makes controls & connectors for KetSol.
We have a staff of 30 and a workforce of 200 producing 1 million controls a month on 14 production lines.
Our manufacturing philosophy is to use semi-automatic assembly with automated quality checking. All critical line operations are controlled automatically. We have multiple lines and equipment for manufacturing back-up.
Our ISO9001:2000 QMS system, certified by UKAS, is also certified and audited by ASTA-BEAB to their Document 40.
This plant has also been audited by many major customers;
KeShuo is the first control manufacturer in China to have been audited to a pass level to a version of the German Automotive QMS VDA 6.1.
